I got the NY strip steak with a side of mashed potatoes and a salad. I asked for medium rare and was perfectly cooked. The mashed potatoes…… the mashed potatoes was one of my favorite parts of this meal….. they were so creamy and buttery. I don’t know what they put on those mashed potatoes but I am in love

For the money. I’m satisfied. Good quality food, atmosphere was good and relaxed.. It’s good. The place is like most other Longhorn Steahouses if you’ve been to one, love the wooden beams inside for a real Lodge style feel. They brought us warm bread to start and we had a couple through the evening. The drinks were strong and while the waitstaff is young here, but they make up for it with friendly smiles and it feels like they’re genuinely interested in hosting you for an enjoyable evening. It was our anniversary and I went for the 6 oz sirloin and 8 CT grilled shrimp, my wife had the ribs and chicken combo, which, I was really impressed with the chicken, very tender and juicy, pretty good accomplishment for a steakhouse, or many restaurants for that matter. I was expecting the place to sleep super crowded but we were seated immediately and the restaurant never became loud and boisterous. My steak was ordered and cooked medium rare and was pretty good, probably a solid 6.5 on my scale, which is pretty good considering I’m pretty picky with my steak and the price is probably the best price I’ve found for that kind of steak. Anywhere else that would be double the price I’m guessing. For our anniversary we asked for a motley lava cake which was again probably along the medium grade of what I was wanting but he comped us for the anniversary. So that was super nice. So i decided to split the difference of the price with my waiter on tip for his generosity. All in all, I’ll be back for a great priced steak and quick seating glad it’s here so close to where I live.

Very busy Friday night. Big parties noisily celebrating birthdays and enjoying each other’s company. Overall enjoyable despite the slow service and surprisingly tough (ish) sirloin. Recommend choosing the better cuts. Wild west shrimp was good as always.

I was hungry, but still… The bread was warm, soft, and delicious, the salad was cold and crisp, the baked potato was on point, and the steak was outstanding. The fries were salty for my taste – but I still ate them! 😀

Thank goodness the food was on point, because the service was very lacking. It took 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us then another 15 to order drinks. The food was cooked perfect and was delicious, but they should definitely do better in the service department.

Good place to dine if you are shopping at the outlet. Clean and neat. Customer service was well as the server showed excellent attitude. A different server began to serve us in the beginning then realized we weren’t in her section . We laughed together and she went to her area waving at us from time to time. Our actual server came and tended to the table with great customer service.

The food was hit and miss. We ordered the spicy chicken bites as appetizers which were perfect. I ordered the rib eye and my wife ordered which was great as well, the side of mashed potatoes was creamy and I really enjoyed it. My wife’s order however was horrendous. She got the Flo’s filled which turned out pretty dry even if it was pink. She had replaced her salad with the shrimp and lobster chowder (for extra cost) which came out cold. We asked for it to be heated and they brought it back as is, without even trying to heat it. When we asked for it to be heated again, the chowder never came back and we left after finishing the rest of our food (about 15 minutes). The service was far from great on this day. I have always found longhorn to be a great dining place but this experience was really really bad.

Food was good, drinks were pretty strong. Waiter wasn’t so great, kept having to remind him to bring simple things such as a knife for my steak or a straw for my drink. Nevertheless he still received a pretty tip above gratuity recommendation regardless of his poor service.
