I’ve come here a couple times with my husband usually for his birthday or to celebrate something. I’m vegan and so never really had any high expectations for things I could eat but I was pleasantly surprised! They have a strawberry pecan salad that if you ask them to leave the feta cheese off is vegan!! It is VERY GOOD! In addition I typically have some of the Texan Tonion and the bread provided for the table. As long as you don’t use the sauce or butter for those they’re good to go for vegans too. And as always, they have numerous alcoholic drinks that are vegan too! Their margaritas and Texas Tea are great.

The food and service are great. The atmosphere for lunch was a touch too dark and cold for my preference but that didn’t really stop me from enjoying the great food and excellent service. The salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked to a tender yet moist flakiness. The vegetables were delectable as well.

We went for lunch. We were seated quickly, and the service was prompt and courteous. They brought us bread and butter, which is good. We also got chicken wings appetizers, better than expected. We got ribeye, it is not the best we’ve had but for their price point they get a pass. The quality of meat is bot to par with more upscale steakhouses, but at least they got the temperature correct. The cheesecake was good too.

Total rip-off, now I remember why I never liked this place! Chicken fried steak was smaller than palm of my hand, barely enough for a damn taco! $13 for a baked potato and corn on the cob? I sent it back..and left. Looks bigger in the pic, I cut the chicken fried steak in half, and all the crust came off, revealing a 2″x4″ piece of meat. My daughter’s steak was the size of a jr burger. I should have sent her plate back, she only ate the baked potato and left half the steak there. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Karicoa my beautiful server was sooo patient and kind even though I kept asking for something left and right. I came very much and the lunch menu is really good. I’ve Been to this particular establishment a few times before and I’m always pleased with my food and service. This time I showed up on a Friday, close to 4 pm. The bar was empty, so I sat there. As always, I got prompt attention and service. I ordered a 12oz ribeye at MED temp with mashed potatoes and a Ceasar Salad. Meanwhile, I chilled and waited as I sipped on a Texas Margarita on the rocks. My meal didn’t take long to come out. My steak was perfect…a little heavy on the pepper but still delicious. The bread was freshly made and crusty…yum! Needless to say, I was a happy patron.

The steaks are soooo good! I get Flo’s Filet. My favorite entrée. Their Western Firecracker shrimp appetizer has a nice little zing to it. Y’all, you get bread as soon as you sit down. It’s crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Yummy. I love that they have cucumbers in their chopped side salad. I enjoy their full bar. I get the Longhorn Old Fashioned (sweet n strong)! Their prices are very reasonable, too. When our family wants steak, we go to Longhorn (for sure).

Got in at 11:30, food came at 12:15 not a lot of people were here & we thought it was a good place to come get what we thought was gonna be a great & fast steak for my husbands bday. (once again, not many people were here) 45 min for 2 plates Disappointed because they’re usually good 🙁
