Love, love, love the PIZZA!!!!!! I could not wait to eat a slice. I was shocked when my medium-sized pizza arrived. It appeared to be a large – OMG!!! Hot out of the oven, DELICIOUS! Great place to hang out. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and I wish I didn’t, the food was okay. I just wish our server was more attentive and quicker. Waited sooooo long for a salad and an actual meal to come out. Witnessed 3 tables that came late get all there food. Received an apology but zero compensation. A free cake, even a discount would’ve been nice…. could’ve at least said happy birthday.

Terrible food, terrible service. The heavyset waitress with the gray and blond ponytail and bulbous nose has a horrible attitude, demeanor, and skills. Not sure why she is in that profession but can’t possible see her doing well anywhere else. Should not be working in hospitality. She got incredible upset and belligerent when having to deal with a food allergy and took 40 minutes to provide a solution. She proceeded to stuff her face at the bar in the meantime. Additionally the food here is bare minimum. You could make something better in the microwave, even tho that’s probably how they cook it. Additionally the parking lot outside smells atrocious. Save the time. There are plenty of great Italian restaurants in New Haven, this one however is easily the worst.

Went there yesterday for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Food was fabulous as usual. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful as the entire group of people with our party had a wonderful time and certainly will be coming back for more!
