Quickly has become my favorite restaurant in Houston. Fresh wholesome ingredients, incredible flavors (savory-sweet-spicy combinations, anyone?), great casual atmosphere, and no reservation/planning in advance needed. You order at the bar and still get great service. I often see young children and babies with their families at the long communal tables, and people on dates in the banquettes – works great for all types of occasions. Best part: there are lots of delicious, filling vegetarian dishes. Sometimes the same dish will vary in taste, depending on the day, but that’s what I expect when food is fresh. Thank you Loro! U

Walking into Loro, the modern and inviting ambiance immediately caught my attention. The indoor-outdoor seating options provided a refreshing touch, allowing diners to savor their meals amidst Houston’s vibrant atmosphere!

Wanted to try this place for a while so we went there for Father’s Day. We pretty much ordered the menu and really liked it all. To start we had the Chicken Karaage and Corn Fritters. We shared a few entrees at the table. My wife loved the cod sandwich the best. We had the ribs and also the brisket. For sides we had the rice noodles and coconut rice. Overall everything was solid. My son loved the Chicken Karrage appetizer the best. I LOVED the Corn Fritters. The outside is awesome and would be amazing in April or October! Cool vibe and great staff as well as service was excellent.

Vibe- Very nice food spot in the Heights area with a very neat concept (dinning alone wasn’t bad at all too)! You find your seat, scan the QR code to see what you want and then order the food at the bar and someone will bring it to you when it’s ready. There’s plenty of space inside and outside.

The parking is very limited. Valet is the best option or you will have to drive down the street and park on the side of the road which is covered with NO Parking signs and big puddles when it rains. There is additional parking but walking there with heels on is a bit of a distance.

Loro is an Asian fusion bar located in the Heights of Houston. The place is very spacious, but parking is super tight. However, they do have more than one parking area.

The vibe in the whole place was just very chill. Looks like a old church, turned into a Japanese style restaurant. But when walking up, you can definitely smell the pits going in the back. Its a beautiful spot and food is deliciousssss! Anything u get, cant go wrong with it .. 5 star and will come back for more, very soon!

Great ambiance with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a converted former church. Counter ordering worked fine at non peak/busy time. Really enjoyed the sesame noodles and the chicken curry rice bowl. Wish the rice bowl had some additional curry seasoning/sauce to mix in, the sauce it came with didn’t work too well. Would definitely come back to try several other dishes that looked and smelled good when passing by!

Parking is tough. There’s valet, but the valet lot is super small. A small parking lot is available to the left of the restaurant. We parked on Lawtence St and walked in.
