Their establishment, a large building constructed only about a decade ago in the center of the smallest town in Otoe County, has been referred to by locals as the ultimate “build it and they will come” sort of restaurant. This hidden little gem is well worth the drive from anywhere! We got wings, a burger, grilled cheese sandwich, garlic parmesan fries, and cottage fries. Every single thing was great! Having seoarate sauces for the wings was perfect. The Lorton Heat is fabulous! (Should be called the Rev. Lorton Heat!) The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The atmosphere welcoming and laid back. The bar is full service, but no draught beer. Don’t miss this place. The food is AMAZING!

Yummy food with great service, a must do when in Southeastern Nebraska. Give the Bull Fries and Gizzards a try, lots of fried food and the Salad bar is actually very good! Go early on Friday’s or be prepared to wait because it’s Fish Friday and Happy Hour, lots of retired folks!

It was good food. But they definitely need to expand the place. I felt like people were watching and wanting us to rush our meal so they could be seated. And couldn’t carry on a conversation because it was so loud. But the food is very good.

Went on fish fry friday. Had rocky mountain oysters, (bull fries). Should have had the fish. Seems that whatever the special is is probably your best bet first time there seems to be very cliquish everyone knows everyone except for if you’re not a usual other than that it was nice my friend had a salad a wooden suggestion they had a salad bar I wish I would have had food was okay but definitely pricey for what you get and hard to play keno there because you have to have if you’re up at the bar you can see the numbers otherwise you just have to wait all in all a nice place though might go there again
