I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. Upon moving to the area it was my favorite Mexican restaurant… heck I craved this place when I was pregnant! But I’m now DONE giving this restaurant my business. Today we ordered through eat streets, and our delivery experience was HORRIBLE! They left it in front of our garage, which is on the opposite side of our front door (so it sat outside for who knows how long, in the freakin’ winter. Goes without saying, it was very cold when we found it). The directions clearly stated leave at the front door! When we called the restaurant, they said they tried to call us several times. The number they gave was an old number, but we contacted ear streets and they confirmed all our correct up to date info. So the only thing I can assume is that’s an error on East street. When we talked to the restaurant, again she claimed the driver couldn’t find our front door. My husband and I stood in front of the door for almost a half hour and never saw someone come up looking. Even if they came before that, we have a nest doorbell and no one was shown on the footage before hand. When we called the lady on the phone wanted to die on the hill that the driver did the best they could, and wasn’t willing to do anything in the ways of correcting this (once they have your money, who cares right?). Obviously this order meant nothing to them, and at the end of the day loosing us as a customer is probably gonna mean nothing to them. Just sucks to see after they used to be so good.

Last week, I ordered some dinner for delivery and the fantastic delivery driver Dj, delivered my food. But, as I opened my door, my bird flew away and without hesitation Dj ran after my bird. And minutes later he returned with my bird. On top of his generous act, the food was amazing. Definitely a five star service, thank you so much Dj!

I’ve had a burrito here before and it was average, the meat was chewy and full of grissel. Tonight I decided to try a torta milanesa and it was the worst torta I ever had. The meat was so chewy it was almost inedible and there was very little of it. I wondered why it was cut up instead of a whole piece like other restaurants but now I know because you wouldn’t be able to chew through it and it was mostly bread!

Last week we had Los 3 Burritos cater our safety lunch. I asked that all meals be in their own separate containers and to have the food item written on the top of each container. They delivered on time for almost 30 meals w/ desserts. The entire order was correct and the food was delicious! All the employees were very happy. Thank you for doing a wonderful job and I wouldn’t hesitate to have food catered from here again. BTW the burritos in the burrito dinner were enormous!!!! Also a must try is the cheesecake burrito.
