We’re Los 3 Volcanes, and we’ve been a Mexican restaurant here in Madison, TN, since 2017. We believe in serving authentic Mexican cuisine, not Tex-Mex, and we offer tacos, carne asada, chiles rellenos, and much more. We started this business to provide our community with the unique experience of authentic Mexican recipes, which is why we serve homemade tortillas. We’re looking forward to partnering with Nashville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, and the surrounding areas to continue to serve delicious food and beverages. If it were up to me, I wouldn’t give the place any stars, apart from being ugly, the food was very expensive and they gave me a plate in a state of decomposition, it shows that they sell the food after many days of cooking it. I have never seen a soup with foam, I would never recommend it the place is disgusting and very expensive

My families new favorite Authenic Homemade Mexican Restaurant in Madison. My kids love the homemade & fresh guacamole. They have authenic tacos w/ homemade corn tortillas and homemade caldo de res & pollo (beef soup & chicken soup), the mexican ribs are awesome! The best thing Aguas Frescas (fresh natural fruit waters) made to order. The service has always been great.

Awesome restaurant!!!! The staff were Amazing!!!! The kept the customers spread out properly, and really cleaned the tables really good after each customer/customers were finished. Great,did I mention Great food. Truly authentic!!! My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Definitely worth a try if you hadn’t already.

We visited this place for the first time a month ago and have returned three times since then. The food is authentic, and delicious. They have options that you cannot find on this side of Nashville. They do offer chips and salsa which is a nice touch. Finding a place that has amazing food and excellent service is a rarity!

We stopped in after helping with a diaper drive at Madison elementary. It was awesome authentic Mexican food. Homemade chips and Queso were delicious. Chicken burrito so yummy. Cokes with real cane sugar. The service was exceptional!
