We had the beef enchiladas and chicken enchiladas. Both were really good. Salsa had a great flavor and a nice kick of heat. Service was friendly and relaxed. Nice place and good food in a small little town.

This is a relatively new dining facility and we tried it based on some friend’s suggestions. We were extremely pleased with the food and the service. It is very clean and you can tell it still needs some decorative TLC, which I’m sure will be completed as time goes by. However, most importantly, the facility is very clean and makes the dining experience much more enjoyable. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend it.

If you order to go from Los Abuelos you will not get the right order 90% of the time. I’m a local and have stopped eating here because of that. I have heard from several other locals the exact same thing. Me and my wife ordered from Los Abuelos a couple of months ago and the order was wrong. The person who took the order told us that the order would be comped because of the mess up. We went back the next day to be told we were lying and that the cook got the order correct. If you are ordering to go, eat somewhere else. I recommend Ojeda’s or Lazy Ladle.

This place is outstanding! While I have not tasted every dish on the menu the dishes I have had are delicious; second to none! The Taco Salad – gets five stars and even better than that is the Mia Thursday special; Sour Cream enchiladas are over the top good! If you have not had a chance to eat here; you are missing out! The staff is awesome and they are busy so sometimes it takes a minute to get the food out but it is worth the wait!

I’m always looking for caldo de pollo, or caldo de res, with potatoes, celery, and carrot, (not with zucchini, broccoli and other weird stuff) They didn’t have it on the menu, so I was kinda bummed. It’s hard to caldo de pollo/res in restaurants now anyway. Not sure why. The fried jalapenos are not filled with cheese, they are strips of jalapeno, breaded and fried. Not saying they’re not good, just saying they don’t have cream cheese inside, so might not be what you expect. The breading looked good and they looked like they were cooked properly. It’s also hard to find the cream cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped jalapenos that are oven baked, so just another time I couldn’t find them. The place is very clean and very nicely decorated. The people working there are super nice.
