Good costumer service and good food. Ana, our server, was very nice. I didn’t like the risotto a bit too oily for my taste, but everything else was good. The Amazing mango and Passion Mountain cocktails are great choices.

My husband and I visited yesterday evening. We’ve had this restaurant on our list for some time and we were excited to finally try it. We sat outside, the weather was perfect for dinner al fresco. The indoor dining area is pretty as is the bar area, but the outdoor seating is beautiful and cozy.

Los Altos was a great choice for my birthday dinner. I really enjoyed the vibe. The decor is modern Spanish with a beautiful courtyard for outdoor seating…beautiful for photo ops. The Espresso Martini was strong but good. I ordered the bass while my husband ordered a steak. Both meals were good. The live music duo even joined in on my Happy Birthday song, and the churro birthday dessert was delish!

I have been wanting to go to this restaurant for so long and finally got the chance. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and found my friend at the table. The restaurant was very nice. Xenia was our server, and she was awesome! We started with the drinks and I got the black margarita and it was tasty! My friend enjoyed her watermelon drink. The manager, Caroline, then came around to check on us and offered us a drink. She was super nice as well!

Celebrated my mother’s birthday here this past Saturday. We were a party of 10 and were late for our reservation. The table was held for us until our arrival which I appreciated. However the service here is slow and they were not busy (a lot of empty tables). Our drinks would take forever to get to the table. They were good but late. Food is alright but for the price, better can be found elsewhere. Overall OK experience, may try again at some later time.

First time at Los Altos for us. We were a party of three and decided to sit in the garden. I must say the place is really beautiful inside and out. The ambiance is relaxing and we all agreed the food is delicious. The service is a 10 from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. We came on a Wednesday and it was cigar night in the garden. They also had 1/2 price off wine bottles so we ended up ordering a couple bottles. One of my friends ordered the passion fruit margarita and he loved it. He said it was definitely made with real fruit. If your looking for a really nice place to have dinner and cocktails I can surely recommend Los Altos.

Beautiful new space. Dining room is on a covered side porch, which was honestly a bit cold during our January visit, even the staff were wearing sweaters and vests, so you know it’s difficult to maintain a comfortable temp, so plan on wearing a heavy sweater if you’re going to dine here.

Although the ambience is nice, this place will not succeed to its full potential because the customer service sucks!! We waited a whole hour for drinks and 2 hours for our food! While we were waiting, no one came to our table to explain/apologize, or try to accommodate us in the meanwhile, leading us to believe we were forgotten or simply didn’t matter. Atmosphere is nice but thats all you will get out of Los Altos. Definitely wont ever be going back there.

I had a fun birthday lunch here today. The restaurant is beautiful with good options for seating inside or out. I ate a ton of chips and salsa, and had chicken enchiladas. They were very good, comparing them to the authentic enchiladas I’ve had. It’s a beautiful venue for events too. There is a ballroom- just this learned today. The service is awesome!
