food is pretty good but customer service is HORRENDOUS. both times i went i got the wrong order or was missing items, and when i corrected them (and showed my correct receipt) i was told that’s not what i had ordered and got berated and name called. not sure how this place gets away with treating customers like this. i’ve never had such a difficult negative experience trying to order lunch in my life.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews unless it’s horrible or absolutely amazing. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. The service was not great. The chips were so stale my teeth hurt. The salsa is so overpowering with heat that there’s no flavor. I was hoping there would be some redemption with the food. Long story short, we’re headed to Taco Bell. We came in starving from working all day. The heat in the food leaves the food to be less than desirable. And I like heat. But it’s too much with no flavor. I’m southern so everything I eat needs some heat. But this is just nasty. I hope it gets better

Bad service again what a mess had my sons baptism dinner there, which they knew about a week prier to the event and still was a mess! Took about 2hrs to get our food and drinks. “la borracha de mi prima was waiting for her piña colada for 1 hour and she was livid” also my mother in laws drink wasn’t a margarita was more like lime juice. And one waitress to serve about 45/50 people kids included like get it together and charged us more than we spend! Had a menu suwith other stuff. They said they ran out of stuff and that’s why they took for ever! Yes I said a different time but called and hr before and changed the time last minute. They should of been ready for the amount of money that was spend it wasn’t worth it at all every one was upset with food and drinks some of my guest food was served wrong or it was cold we didn’t really get the right drinks and were over charged about the flavored waters!

Juices are amazing. Food is good. Waitress needs some training and lacks customer service skills. When a customer asks for an extra plate once your hot food has arrived you would expect them to get it immediately not just turn around and keep cleaning the next table when it’s not a busy night and then bring the plate 10 minutes later.

This business isn’t going to last if you’re going to have rude waitresses. I don’t know what it is about this place but if you’re NOT Spanish you will get nasty attitude and body language from the girls at the bar. Tell me why when I started speaking English to someone the girl rolled her eyes? Two people behind the bar and no one even tries to ask if I need help until a few minutes later. Once I eventually pay for my food and the food is sitting right behind the bar they proceed to walk away, do other stuff and I’m waiting for another 5 mins doing nothing. The food here is good but the customer service they give you if you’re not Spanish is pretty ridiculous for a business. My last time coming here it is not worth this happening every single time. Find another place.

The waitresses are so rude. The have not a drop of costumer services. I don’t understand what is the issue that they have with the salsas. If you go and seat to eat, the give a big container of salsas, if you ask for more you get it but if you order your food to go, they give one ir 2 samall containers of salsa. If you ask foro more they said that they have a cup of salsa for sale. You have to buy your salsa if you take out your food. This make no sense. On top of that, the waitress give you attitude each time your pick up your food and ask for more salsa because the one they give you is not according to the amount of food that you ordering. The salsa to go is like a sample.
