The service was very good, prompt and polite. The guacamole was good. The authentic Chile rellenos were good as was the rice and beans. My wife had the chile relleno with beef but there was no pepper just a portion of ground beef with cheese and some sauce. The flan was not very creamy or sweet. Service was very good.

The place is nice and clean. The service was good at first but after the waiter is so slow to comeback to get our order. I really liked the nachos. The quesadilla with chicken and the tacos is quite tasteless. Definelitely coming back to order again the nachos.

We were seated quickly on a Friday night, although there were several people already there. Service was very good, staff was friendly, atmosphere was fun but cozy. We split an order of fajitas and still had enough left to carry home for my lunch tomorrow. The food was very good, we enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.

I don’t know anyone at this restaurant and I use that as a preface to a compliment. This was better mexican food than anything Dallas/Ft Worth has. It was fresh, great flavor and ample portions, more than I could eat. I had Nachos Los Patron and it was edge to edge on the plate, and not over stuffed with nachos, but actual ingredients. Loved it.

I can’t fairly rate anything but the food that we ordered take out. When we opened the bag it seems they didn’t put any thought into how they packed the food, the refried beans were splattered all over the to go container . The meat was had a very unpleasant texture, the shells were so soggy I had to remove the shells entirety, the beans soupy, portions were small, chips and salsa had no flavor. I won’t be going back.

Really nothing to complain about. The food all tasted really good and fresh. Bean side was actually seasoned black beans rather than refried beans. Our service was good. Definitely plan on making this our regular Mexican. Spot.

The food was great and didn’t take long to receive . Would have been 5 star but no one at our table received a drink refill the entire time we dined and the amount Windex they were using to clean the tables was over powering.

It was so good I forgot to get pictures. You must try this place. Chips and dip were amazing, as well as the cheese dip. I had the 3 steak tacos and hands down best on town. Go to Los Arcos asap. You will not regret it.

I had never eaten here and called to pick up appetizer sized guacamole and cheese dip. I thought the price sounded too low, but didn’t check until I got in my car and I realized I was given chips and what looked like marinara size side cups (which I thought were all salsa). I went back in to ask about it and was told it was either that or really large sized (and pricey) dip sides. I left feeling disappointed, but the staff was respectful. Somehow those small appearing sauce cups held enough guacamole, cheeses dip, and salsa for appetizers for the small gathering I was going to and they were good! Now I will have to return to try a full meal.
