We had the cheese enchiladas combo, the chicken enchiladas combo, and some chips & salsa. Everything was great. I quite liked the spicy salsa they have. Rice and beans in the combo was good. Cheese enchiladas was quite well made too, and well done to the right levels. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some good authentic Mexican food on the east side.

Best Mexican Food Truck. Must Trys: Torta, Fish Tacos, and Enchiladas. They make their enchiladas with the sauce grilled in, like with Chilequilles and I absolutely love it! This place is the best option for Mexican food in the Montavilla Gateway area. There is outdoor seating at the food cart.

Chicken in the enchiladas was dry and the lettuce was wilted. The Tortillas were old. Chicken was clearly made a few days ago and hard and dried out. We could not finish our dinner and it went in the garbage. Will not return. It was great the first time we tried it. So disappointing and I do not recommend this food truck.

Been going to this foodcart for years! Best breakfast Burrito and best steak quesadillas in Portland! This place is a hidden gem. The owners are always super kind and chatty. Food is always consistent. The only thing I would recommend for change is that they open earlier on Saturdays. 10 stars for this place!

I only order one particular item from Los Arcos; that’s Sopes. They make them good, very good. They make them fresh at the time you order them. Their are lots of Mexican restaurants and food karts that make a bunch of Sopes in the morning or the day before and then wrap them up and put them in the refrigerator those ones are always dry and necessitate deep frying. Not the case with Lots Arcos also . the red salsa is good too. Added bonus the couple that owns it are nice people friendly and happy to serve you they’re delicious food.
