My first trip with my daughter was pleasant and the food was good. Second trip with family food and service wasn’t as good, third trip I went alone and food was very plain and a small portion I ended up eating all the chips and salsa to to help fill the void. I was going to order something else to fill my belly but couldn’t get a waitress to come back to my table to do so or to get a refill on tea. I sat my empty glass on the edge of the table hoping they would notice. They weren’t very busy and weren’t friendly which was disappointing since our first trip was so pleasant. Maybe it was just a bad day for everyone. I know it had been a particularly long bad day for me, so I thought I would treat myself. I left hungry and thirsty. I’m not giving up on them yet.

We used Los Arcos to cater our clinic opening. They did an amazing job and made sure we had everything and more than we needed. The food was delicious and everyone that ate commented on how it was some of the best Mexican food they had eaten.

To be honest, it looks small on the outside. Not a lot of parking. But when you walk in the door… Felt like we were in Mexico, with plenty of room, super friendly staff, and the aroma coming from the kitchen was amazing!!! Our waiter, Alex, was so informative and helpful with suggestions, as this was our first time visiting! Sadie, the best little helper, sweetest volunteer waitress, and the prettiest smile you ever seen, second grader, was a blessing to get to meet!!! Our visit was so enjoyable! The Tex-Mex burrito and ACP was exceptionally delicious! We have a new favorite restaurant!!!

We have been several times. I haven’t been impressed with the food, tastes kinda plain to me. My wife loves her food everytime we’ve been, must be me as far as the taste. The service is normally ok, tonight I asked for something special and when the food was delivered it wasn’t what I asked for. All I got was a “I’m sorry.” She never offered to fix it. I ate what I could of it. We got up to pay and I told her I couldn’t eat it my food, again she never offered to fix it and all she said was “yea, I’m sorry, I put what you said on the order.” I went ahead an paid for the meal but I’m not going back.

Food isn’t horrible but not worth how expensive it is in my opinion. They have a very sorry excuse for a bar/bartender wouldn’t recommend coming here to get a drink. Everything is premixed and they will only serve shots at the bar bc they’re “low”. Don’t expect to get anything but a few different draft beer choices once you sit down to eat. Hopefully they will get that figured out and maybe a real bartender/manager in the future would help a lot as well.

We’ve been going to this restaurant since they day they opened and we typically leave very satisfied.. typically. My husband and I went to eat dinner last night and he ordered a corona and was told they didn’t have any so he ordered a crown and coke and she said we don’t have crown either so he ordered a coke. I noticed 3 bottles of crown at the bar so we figured she just didn’t know alcohol or couldn’t pour it so my husband went to the bar to try to order, the bartender(also our server) looked at him and walked away, He was confused but brushed it off. My husband came back to the table and asked her about the crown and she said we’re low on liquor and everything they’ve got is for at night when we premix our drinks. We waited to order for about 10 minutes which we understood because she was busy. we noticed two guests had coronas so we were confused again and about that time we watch her open a bottle of crown and pour a shot, after that it seemed like she went out of her way to avoid us. I’m not sure what the issue was or if she just didn’t want to serve him alcohol for some reason. The who experience was bizarre. So if you want anything other than draft beer I suggest sitting at the bar to get your drinks. We typically leave happy but this experience was very disappointing.

Walked in with a huge attitude. Irene my server she was excellent took care of me and my attitude with a couple of shots of patron and a Corona. I feel so much better. I love this place.
