Food was great and the employees were very polite and professional. Also have made several deliveries with Doordash for them and the orders were always ready to go and hot when I walk through the door. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars!!! UPDATE: Still excellent service.

Loved my shrimp quesadilla and margarita. Hated that we didn’t make it for happy hour. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of alcohol in the margarita, but I only had one so that might have been the problem. The server was great. Smiled, seemed happy to be there, and was very personable. Will definitely return. The atmosphere is great. Lots of art to look at, very colorful. 10/10

A solid choice for restaurant mexican food. Not blow your hair back amazing, but not terrible either. I will definitely go back when I’m in the area. A definite consideration when in Gardendale.

Food was great and they were more than happy to fix my order even though they had already closed and the kitchen was already closed. I was very happy they did so because Casa Fiesta Mexican restaurant in Fultondale had messed up my order and refused to correct it because they claim their kitchen was also closed. Los Arcos will definitely be getting my business from now on. How you treat your customers goes a long way! Thanks again Los Arcos.

Ordered the lunch burrito with chicken. If it had refried beans, as per the description, it was in the burrito and so little you couldn’t taste it over the watered-down cheese sause. The burrito was so small, I was able to finish it in 6 average to small bites.

My husband and I ate here 9/30/22. I had beef taco salad too many beans not very seasoned. My husband had chicken and a beef burrito. Lime margarita and a beer. Later that night we started feeling bad. As the night went on I had diarrhea constantly early morning started vomiting then my husband had stomach cramps and diarrhea we are not feeling our best into the next day. We will not be back. We checked your reviews there were people with the same symptoms that had eaten there. If you would read your own reviews you would know you are poisoning your customers.
