I ordered a breakfast burrito and when I bit into it there were two large tooth picks standing straight up. It hurt my teeth, I thought it was a bone of some sort but saw it was tooth picks. I called to let them know this happened and the lady that answered was not caring at all. She said to bring it back to be replaced but she sounded like she didn’t believe me. I am very disappointed.

I love the breakfast burritos from Los Betos. They are very good and you don’t have to wait too long for them to be prepared. I came to this location because it was opened before 7AM. I drove through the drive thru and no one responded. I stopped at the drive thru window and once again no one responded. I parked and entered and found the lady sleeping in one of the booths.

This review is solely based on customer service. I went through the drive through on a Friday night and I ordered a special which came with two Sonora Dogs and Fries. After I ordered, I drove up to the window and they informed me that they only had one bun left for the Sonora Dogs but the lady there kindly informed me that they can make a burrito or torta instead to replace one of the Sonora Dogs. I went with the torta which is double the price of one Sonora Dog and they didn’t charge me for the price difference of the hot dog. She proceeded to give me plenty of hot sauce and ketchup in addition to the fully loaded torta. It was a pleasant experience the way they dealt with the situation. I will keep going to this location.

Ordered the new steak, egg, cheese breakfast burrito that was on the sign. When I paid, I used my debit card like most people. When I fot my reciept there was a .45 fee. I asked the cashier what that fee was for, and she said it was for using my card. There is a sign on the window that says there is a 4% discount when using cash, but nowhere is there a sign that says there is a fee for using a debit card. I didn’t argue with the cashier because I know she is just doing a job. I left, and when I went to eat my burrito, it was full of potatoes. Nowhere did it say that it had potatoes on it. I do like potatoes, but these were just boiled unflavored potatoes used as fillers that they just stuck in there without even advertising it.

Burrito are skinny and small. Carne asada meat seemed and tasted boiled. Not asada. A little gross but still ate it. Horchata was not flavorful. I spent 16$ on a carne asada burrito and large horchata. I was disappointed.

Normally I don’t write reviews but the girl working at night right now does not have any idea what she’s doing and it’s been consistent every time i’ve gotten food from her. I get the same fries every time i go, so much so that i know the price has gone up, and both times whoever was there on 3/26/23 at night took about half an hour to make my fries and then gave me maybe half of the amount i’ve normally gotten in the past. very frustrating to expect a meal that usually fills me up twice to barely have enough to be called a “meal” ESPECIALLY when i know what it should be. might have to find another spot to go to late at night which really sucks cause i’ve only ever had great things to say before she started.
