Ended up having not one, but several eyelashes in my food. When it was brought to the waitress’s attention she tried to tell me that it was probably a corn husk or “corn hair” and that it couldn’t be an eyelash. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but this was handled horribly. No apology for it, but was made to seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They did offer to remake it, but after finding eyelashes in my food I did not trust to have it remade. The eye lashes were in the cheese dip on the burrito.

Ate here yesterday with my mom, and the food was terrific. I had the fried shrimp tacos. Large, succulent fried shrimp. Added some of the mango topped salad and the mango salsa puree to my tacos, and it was delicious. We also had the chunky guac, and the knife cuts could be more consistent on the onions, but it was very good. I will definitely go back when I am next in that area. Usual Mexican faves, plus some interesting twists and dishes I have never seen before.

The food is good. The portions are large. Our server was perfect. But… the menu prices have changed, but they don’t tell you up front. Expect to pay at least a dollar or more higher than the menu. They also add a “card payment fee” to your bill before asking if you are paying with cash or card. The outside area is nasty. I thought I was in Frayser. They’re lucky the food is good.

Ate their a few nights ago. Got seated in an okay time but the server was not writing anything down we were placing orders and he forgot to ring them up. After 30 minutes we finally asked and he made up a lame excuse that didn’t make any sense. When we said we should get a discount he scoffed at the suggestion and never apologized. We asked to speak to a manger but one never showed up.

There were quite a few people already seated when we arrived around 1pm. Service was fast, efficient & pleasant! The food was seasoned marvelously! Just enough to fill you up. My husband said it was the best chimi in forever; & we just ate at another restaurant 2 weeks ago.

The food and margaritas were really good. Good, spicy salsa. Good cheese dip. Generous portions. We got Chipotle chicken burritos and Fajitas burritos…lots of well spiced meats and good balanced with bell peppers and onions.
