The food was decent I’m not too familiar with the cooking style but it was definitely not like my mom’s home cooking. But I will say that it is better than most food trucks which says alot since trucks are everywhere putting small restaurants in jeopardy of closing up. I don’t know how or if the city regulates where a food truck can park and sell and whether they pay their fair share of taxes to the city’s coffers but if they don’t then they should because most run on a cash only basis. Just saying keep it real for everyone.

Friendly personel and great food,I highly reccomend trying a “Chico Taco”, either pastor or asada or even convined with everyithing on it. They serve it with three types of salsa and grilled onion, don’t forget the Horchata water

Waited about 20 minutes for 4 tacos and no one was there. The food is good but 6.00 for a taco is too much.

One of my favorite and one of the best taco trucks in Oxnard! And I’ve tried most of them. I like how this taco truck has its own style. Great asada! If you like asada, this spot makes it bomb. I sometimes eat the tacos without any salsa just because the flavor is already good without adding salsa but their salsa is also on point too! The Chico taco is also different and really good! It’s all a bit pricey but don’t let that scare you it’s definitely worth it! They put time and effort to serve good tasting quality food and you can tell. Asada cooked over the fire. Home made tortillas. And the tacos are huge! I will keep coming back here!

The best carne asada burrito in Oxnard! These guys have the cleanest food truck around. Their service is great & they’re very friendly. Hard to find parking sometimes. It’s really worth visiting. Enjoy, and thanks Los Chicos

I knew I wasn’t going to get the food I grew up on in Mexicali and figured it’d be the same as what I get in Los Angeles County. I was pleased to find out it was a step above what I’ve gotten north of the border. Different flavors than Mex which is to be expected, but not in a bad way. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area!

Everything they sell is very well done, good seasoning all the classics you expect from a Mexican taqueria, but they only come out on Friday, Saturday, Sunday,(I’m not sure if they are on Thursday) but is worth the drive.

Hit and miss. 1st time there I ordered 2 asada tacos to rate them. I loved the tacos. Best I’ve had in a long time, juicy meat, soft handmade corn tortillas. Not your typical small street tacos. These tacos were big and huge meat portions. Loved it, told everyone about it. 2nd time, the meat portions were small and looked like they may have used ground beef instead of asada. I also got the Dabs feedback from the people I sent over there. They don’t have Lengua on their menu either. Might give them one more try… MIGHT is actually questionable.

Great asada tacos – really good food. Highly recommend. I do wish that they had a more prominently displayed menu.
