This place is a hidden gem right smack in Chicago Heights I come from Chicago 45 min away to eat here once a week. They basically beat out most of the places in Chicago serving shrimp cocktail it’s unbelievable in taste and huge servings. The shrimp quesadilla is amazing as well huge and loads of shrimp. Bottomline quality huge portions and cheap.

Had to wait about 20 minutes just to get our to go boxes and it wasn’t that busy inside the restaurant. Would have just left but the restaurant is kind of pricey, and still had more than half my order left. Won’t be going there again.

Food here is good but it takes a while to come out. Drinks are ok. They clean right after a table becomes available. They are a bit pricey. Parking is sometimes a hassle as it is shared with the store. They also play music over a speaker. Sometimes it’s a bit cold in there. Update… I highly recommend the micheladas. I drink mine with a modelo beer. And the good thing about those is not only the taste but the price. They still need help when there is a crowd.

Amazing food.. The Chilaquiles with eggs and steak are amazing. My wife and i always come for chilaquiles. The service is great too. Last time we order carry out and they accidentally they give us our order wrong, but my wife called and they fix it, it was delicious.
