They couldn’t accept an order mistake they made. I specified enough but they continued to deny the anatomy of a chicken . Honestly I was a regular customer but I guess everything has an end.They argued no refunds but I didn’t complain for the money back; I just wanted for them to accept, that wasn’t what I ordered. The cook didn’t even want to accept the common sense. Well we live and we learn. Last visit for sure.

My review of this place is solely on the baleadas because it’s the one thing I miss from home that I get from this restaurant. I have to say in all my years of living here in Miami and looking for the closest thing to the baleadas from Cobel en La Ceiba, this restaurant has been the most consistent in taste AND price. Whomever is making those tortillas de harina back there, really knows how. It’s always a hit or miss when you try a new place but I’ll vouch for this restaurant and say that in the 15 years as a customer I’ll keep coming back for those baleadas as long as they taste like this. Customer service is always warm and welcoming, if they don’t answer the phone it’s because they are BUSY! El que quiere busca como.
