Sunday, 4 pm dinner. Everything was delicious! It’s rare that I say that! Their salsa had just the right amount of spice. The Pollo Poblano was a delicious marinated and grilled chicken breast, covered in cheese, onions, and sliced poblano peppers! I had to force myself to stop eating!

The traditional dishes you would get are usually up to par. However, I have seen some other dishes come out very low-grade. Also, I had a male server the other night who was fantastic, but there have been a few female servers at this location who are horrible at serving. For being in a small town, it is an acceptable place with food that does its job.

Have been coming here for about 20 years. The last time we visited it was very expensive, carnitas tacos tasted good, order was correct, and place was clean. However, there were no salsas or salt and pepper at the table. With the prices so expensive had to pass on flavored water and dessert. We left by 5pm and the place was empty on a Saturday. It used to be full all the time. A bit too expensive.

We previously visited this place on a weekly basis. We went this week though and it was a complete disaster. We were told it would be 35 minutes until our order was ready. Showed up 35 minutes later to pick it up and found a line with 43 (I counted) people wrapped around the building. I stood outside for over an hour and watched the complete confusion of staff and the frustration of countless customers. We ordered food for 6 and asked the woman kindly to verify that our order was ours before taking it home. She assured me that it was ours and that it was correct. When we got home we realized that she had given us the wrong order even after we asked for her to verify it. I know I should have taken some time to do this myself but there were over 50 people outside at this time all of whom were freezing and upset. We called back 10 times that night and the line rang busy each time. Called back a couple days later and politely explained what happened. We weren’t looking for a free meal but just an acknowledgement that they messed up (a margarita on the house wouldn’t have hurt though). Instead, we were told by Claudio that they were too busy and that there was nothing that they could do. I don’t think their attitude or customer service could have possibly been worse. We would love to hear an explanation from ownership as to why they were so rude but until they get their act together we would highly recommend finding a different restaurant.

This place used to be packed. Now prices are too high, all servers are kids with no idea how to treat people. Menus were dirty and sticky, tables dirty and sticky and floors were bad. The girl doing chips and salsa kept touching her hair and face without washing hands. I highly doubt we will go back
