Very mainstreamed food. Like an assembly line. Food is made in bulk. Only 2 items per day on the menu. It’s buffet style eating. Service was not very good, needs to be more friendly. Wayyyyyyy over priced for what you get and the way you get it. I had the enchiladas and they were very bland. But the again food made in large quantities will always be that way. Will not be eating here again. The interioir reminded me of an old bingo hall with a partition that separates half the diner. Chairs are very uncomfortable also. Alot of people frequent this place so to each their own.

I’ve only eaten lunch here once but my experience was really good! Their food was cooked properly and it tastes very good. Wait time was zero and prices were more than reasonable. Would definitely eat here again when I’m nearby.

The best, very authentic Mexican food in Midland, We love Fabelas. Staff is super helpful, today I had the Chili Colorado, fresh super hot corn tortillas, (delicious) my wife and daughter had enchiladas in the red sauce, ( that’s my usual). I highly recommend this local spot.
