I’ve had wings from many places but the wings from Gios are exceptional! Fall off the bone, smoky, with a balanced heat that simply make these the best. Again, I’ve heard of fall off the bone, never experienced it till these incredible wings! Just go…. And order ….. not to disappoint! Thank me later. And he is a genuinely great human! Can’t miss.

The food truck at Hidden River Brewing was spectacular. Our party had the ribs, Al pastor Taco’s , Mexican street corn and macaroni & cheese. The food and service was outstanding. The ribs were the best I ever experienced. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great food, perfect smoke taste. Ribs, wings, taco’s brisket, pork, mahi mahi, shrimp are all out this world delightful. Oh and sweet potato taco and bean burger choice for none meat eaters are great as well. And for the nachos, they are the perfect nachos, flurry of flavors in one dish. Only thing left to say is YUM!

Gio catered my 40th birthday party! We had his ribs, Gloria chicken, pulled pork and sausage. Everything was amazing. Pico, guacamole, green salsa were all in point and complemented the tacos perfectly. The jalapeño coleslaw was also delicious. I would highly recommend Los Gios to anyone looking for some great smoked BBQ with Mexican influences.

Went to the Levante Beer Garden at Ludwig’s Corner , and Los Gios were there. Had a delicious rice bowl with sweet potato and brisket, I had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were a nice gentle smoke and fresh ingredients.
