Was visiting Columbus and read on-line that these were fantastic al pastor tacos, so we had to give them a try. They absolutely lived up to expectations and were delicious. The meat was flavorful and had crispy edges, and the pineapple was great too. Very reasonable pricing – would highly recommend.

I don’t like to call things the best, but los gauchos al pastor gringa is the best. It’s the best al pastor gringa style taco and has a serious argument for best taco I’ve ever had. I would also drink the green salsa out of a mug. Wash it down with a Mexican coke or horchata and just go to sleep because your day won’t get any better.

Columbus boasts a lot of taco places, but Los Guachos is the best in my opinion. Their chorizo is particularly mouthwatering and so is the pastor. They’re very affordable, they have great weekly specials, and now they even serve margaritas. I haven’t branched out beyond the taco menu yet simply because they’re so tasty.

Can’t go wrong with Los Guachos. Great weekly specials. Always enjoy the pastor tacos and the nachos are good as well. They recently added a bar so you can grab a drink with your tacos! Solid 4.5* in my book.

Food is good. Have had tacos, quesadillas, nachos, gringas, burritos, and more. Decent value but prices have gone up like everywhere. Have been here several times. Service is usually minimal, not super personal or overly friendly. Will stop by if im close but not my #1

I’m giving a 3 Star because a majority of the food is very salty. The tacos are really the only thing I go for, I ca nt eat anything else really since the other items I’ve tried have always been way too salty. The customer service is great, and the interior is nice. Until they work on how much salt is in their food, I will only be eating the tacos every once in a blue moon.
