I had really mixed feelings about this meal. First off, the portions are generous, the price is right, and the service is excellent. Now about the food. The refried beans could be eaten with a straw. They are so thin and watery they’re more like a soup. The rice was fine but not very flavorful. The salsa was also thin and watery and the chips tasted stale and were too thick. Now to the good stuff. I ordered the three enchiladas. Each one was filled with a different filling and covered with a different sauce. The enchiladas were wonderful, including each sauce. The enchiladas and service saved them from only 3 stars. Should be 3-1/2.

Carnitas street tacos, guacamole, and salsa were so good! Kinda slow service and the surfaces were kinda sticky. No refills on soda and no alcohol sold in restaurant, but can be purchased at bar next door.

We stopped here for a take out lunch when we found Fiesta Mexicana to be closed. I guess January 4 is not included in “every day.” It is just as well it was closed.
