I loved this food truck previously! Now that it’s a restaurant I love it even more. I’ve always ordered Birria tacos! Those never disappoint. I’m pleased to see this growth for Los Marquez, and can’t be happier that this happened for them in the old “Fat Chicken” location. My husband ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was wonderful! Full of flavor! We’ll be back! Service was a little slow, but they were very busy when we visited. We wish Los Marquez continued success!

I was disappointed with the taste and quality of everything. I always heard such great things about this place and their food truck. I don’t recommend the loaded queso, the beef birria burrito was the best thing I had. My husband and I spent about $60 for everything we got. I just expected more flavor and better quality for the price we paid.

First time here and it was tasty!! When we got there it was prime lunch time so it was very busy. The line was nearly out the door, so it was a little bit of a wait to order but nbd because they just opened and we expected it to be busy. No complaints there, but if you’re planning on going during lunch just be aware. We were a little skeptical on some of the prices, but honestly once we tasted the food it was worth it! I had the torta de carne asada and the meat was cooked to perfection. Sister had the fajitas and she said the meat and flavor was great, and then my mother had the quesabirria plate and she really enjoyed those. Portion sizes I say were pretty decent for what you’re paying for. They also have aguas frescas horchata, Jamaica, and piña. Horchata is really good!

Since I’ve moved to this area, never have found good or even decent tacos. Decided to try this place out and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Tortillas were just how i like them. Meat was very flavorful. The green salsa was on point ! Place was nice and clean. Only complaint is maybe the pricing but I’ll be back none the less. 2 thumbs up for this place.

A colleague raved about this place so we came to check it out. We waited an hour to get our food. We started noticing other people were getting their food that ordered way after we did so we went to ask about it twice. Come to find out, they misplaced our ticket. Which is understandable since they just opened; however, we didn’t get an apology for it or anything. The waitress just sat the food on our table and didn’t ask if we needed anything. The quesabirrias were not great. They were too soggy and not authentic. The pastor was 10/10 but not enough meat on the tacos. UPDATE: Not the waitress but the girl who was bringing out the food to the tables. We also had to get salsas from another table.

My husband was craving birria tacos so we decided to give this place another try. *we tried the Fate food truck last year. This place had just opened a couple days before we came and they were out of a bunch soda, elote, guacamole, etc. it was a bummer. We ended up getting two orders of quesabirria tacos and they were good but the amount of meat in the tacos is disappointing for the price. My tacos were also falling apart and it was a giant mess. The ramen is ok. It’s the same disappointment from when we visited the food trucks last year. Also, my husband had to be the one to wipe down our table and get sauces from another table. I’m also assuming the chairs are all pre owned because they’re all sticky with residue. Hopefully this place improves. We won’t be back though.

Amazing authentic tacos! We loved the food truck and are SO excited to have this close to us. They literally just opened so of course it won’t be perfect yet, can’t believe people are so quick to leave negative reviews. We were impressed with how fast the service was considering it was opening weekend. Can’t wait to come back!
