Starters, slow shift and still got a waitress glued to her phone. She was on her phone before my order was put in. I watched her behind the counter. First we went for daiquiris. She told us machine was down. Second my food was wrong. I got nachos. Only meat and cheese. She brings me a plate with about 10 chips with cheese ONLY DRIZZLED ON TOP. For as much as the nachos are priced, I would’ve ordered chips and queso if that was what I wanted. Third once the order was wrong she brought back the right order with mushy microwaved ground meat. That and potato’s in it. It didn’t have meat consistency. It was watery and without any taste. As soon AS she went to put it down I seen it and asked to switch meals since it was untouched. CONSIDERING everything. She said no. Set it down and did not come back to check on us. I was getting shots. Prior to the food she didn’t check on drinks either. I watched her take care of everyone else and just went back to the front. I had to flag her down and tell her we were ready for the ticket. Never again

I’ve eaten at restaurants across the country, and Los Panchos was the best Mexican restaurant I’ve eaten at in years. We came on Sunday, 2/19/23, at 3 pm CST, so whoever cooked for us killed it. The shrimp chimichanga was rich, full, and bursting with flavor. It was stuffed with delicious fresh, succulent shrimp, peppers, onions, garlic, and much more! The shredded chicken taco salad was flavorful and huge; however, the homemade salsa was to die for! The salsa was seasoned perfectly with parsley, garlic, and salt (so many forget the salt!). The shredded chicken chimichanga was great, too, but nothing compared to the shrimp chimichanga. If you are on the west bank, do yourself a favor and come to Los Panchos!

Honestly go somewhere else. Seamed to me like we were discriminated against for not speaking Spanish and my food made me sick. I got the shredded chicken salad that comes with guacamole and sour cream. The waitress never said they were out of guacamole until after my food came out and was served. I ate 4 bites and my stomach started churning. The tortilla shell for the salad was fried in bad or worse Grease. Because it tasted horrible. I will never go back. It was disgusting.

The waitress assumes the orders and brings what she wants and has an attitude whenever I told her that’s not what I ordered. One on the girls with our group ordered fajitas and the waitress brought chorizo or some grind beef instead of the fajitas on the grill pan where they bring the typical fajitas. It’s a MESS ! I had to change my son’s diper and there is No place where to change him I had to do it in some chairs in the back. The food quality was awful and customer service also…so sorry but we’re not going back.

Well…I order delivery from here often and the food is wonderful so thought I would go eat here in person. My mistake. The waiter started out great.. took my order, brought my margarita with salt as requested. I waited…and waited. After about 40 minutes and seeing another party at the table next to me come and go, I went to ask if they forgot about me. They did lol…so then he finally brought me a refill and a few minutes later I finally got my burrito…45 plus minutes for a vegetarian burrito lol then it didn’t even have lettuce as I ordered. They didn’t even offer a discount for their mistake to make things right. So, I won’t be ordering from here ever again. And it was my first and last time dining in this restaurant, as well.

This was the lunch burrito. Nice size portion and tasted good. My only complaint is about the pricing. I ordered a churro and the menu stated one thing on the table, but my bill reflected more. I asked the waitress and she stated that the menus on the table were old.
