Nice spacious atmosphere. The booths are comfortable. Great service. Our food came out fast and everything was perfect, hot and fresh with high-quality ingredients. It happened to be national margarita day so we had frozen margaritas with salt and they were delicious. They came garnished with lime, cherry, and mango. Superb.

Really enjoy all Los Pancho’s locations I’ve been to. Food is great and huge portions. Really nice staff. I do like the short pump location the best of all of them. Just the carnitas there was the best I’ve ever had. Crispier and better seasoning than at this location but don’t get me wrong it’s still fantastic.

While the food is good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The blatant prejudice is unbelievable. They are regularly stealing from their customers with inconsistent pricing on certain menu items. Then rather than taking accountability, they dismiss you by saying that the last person tendered the order wrong. Even with a receipt from a prior purchase showing the price inconsistency. Furthermore, they are charging customers to-go fees which the GM at a sister location confirmed shouldn’t be happening, and on top of that they have the audacity to prompt you to tip on to-go orders!?. It’s so disappointing how reluctant these people are to treat all of their customers fairly and have consistent pricing.
