We used to frequent this restaurant on Pacheco and loved the food and service. It’s been a while so we decided to treat ourselves last night. I ordered online and added a tip for service, unfortunately service was not what I expected. They had three lines and greeters on each line. It was busy, but when everyone was served but me, I was patient and kept waiting in line with my son for about 20 minutes. Finally, the lady at the order line asked if I needed help. I told her I ordered online and she grabbed the bag of food sitting on a rack that was there the whole time I was waiting. I felt underneath the bag which was cold but decided not to complain. I went home and discovered 4 missing tacos. I called and the person on the line asked if I wanted a refund or tacos. I told her my family expects their dinner I ordered and would like the tacos. I drove 15 minutes back to their restaurant to pick up my missing order. When I get there, I tell them I’m here to pick up my tacos and the lady says “would you like a bean dip or something?”. No apology! No “sorry for your inconvenience after spending $88 for dinner for the family!”Very disappointing with their service! Reminder to self “Never Tip Online!”. We won’t be going back anytime soon!

The newer location is really clean and the food is fantastic. Outdoor seating is available, and I would highly recommend them for parties.

Outside seating only. I have been here several times The food is decent, but nothing special. The people behind the counter are kind and patient. This is the ONLY place I’ve been to in my 10 years in California chargers for chips. It’s very off putting. I suggest you include them, it can’t cost that much. Your poor staff must get tired explaining why you charge for this. EVERY other Mexican place includes it. C

Went here with a co-worker today to get burritos. It was my first time, but not hers. Prices are reasonable for the portion size they give. I got a super burrito with shredded chicken. The burrito itself is really good and flavorful. I’m docking a star because their salsas lack flavor, heat, and they taste watered down. None of their salsas are good – the mild, green, and hot all taste meh. I couldn’t truly enjoy my burrito without a solidly made salsa. Please rethink your salsa recipes.

Consistently good Mexican food. They make good crispy tacos, a yummy molé sauce on the enchiladas and a wonderful Chile Verde. I love getting the chilaquiles with spicy pork. The whole family has their favorites because they’ve been a staple for years! Don’t forget to order the bean dip!
