Heading to Dream Roll in Washington & I was given this restaurant @ the truck /Jeep / Dodge / Kawasaki big dealership up by the Highway from the service desk gentleman who helped me get my Highway peg straight on the bike again.

The Los pinos burrito I ordered fell apart as soon as I pick it up, it’s more of a glorified taco. My wife’s smothered burrito looks like it got torched by a flame thrower, both the steak and the tortilla was burned. It’s a shame, it’s one of our favorite Mexican restaurant in town.

Surprised to see chicharrones tacos on the menu. Then, I was really impressed with them. All tacos were on a single tortilla, but the tortilla was good, it had spent a little time in the grill. The chicharrones was way meatier/leaner and not as juicy as others I have had, but super tasty, probably cooked a bit more than what most places do. The carnitas was good, the chorizo was spicier than others and also very good. Lastly, the lengua (not pictured) was super lean hearty. I really liked how each carne was prepared, nothing was dry, the flavors of the marinades and the meat were all present. Unfortunately, the salsa verde was lacking, but a side of jalapeños made up for that easily.

Terrible! Disgusting! I don’t understand how they ever got good reviews. Most must have been people they know I guess. The waitress couldn’t speak correctly and I don’t mean to be rude but she looked and sounded like she was on something. Ordered tacos… simple right? , meat was disgusting. They were served with meat , dry and old, and lettuce. That was how they served them. Had to ask for tomatoes and cheese. Salsa was nasty like straight up hot sauce and not a good one and was straight liquid. Chips were out of a bag. Fajitas were served with no sour cream. Burrito had no cheese. Straight up same kind of dry, old meat that was in the tacos and dry, yellow rice. No sauce, no nothing. Chicken chimichanga looked disgusting. I wish I would have taken pictures to prove the mess that was served. Only reason I didn’t complain then and there is cause we were in a time restraint and needed to get out of there and I didn’t want to embarrass my son and daughter in law.

So so good! I’ve had my share of Mexican food and it’s usually hard to find real authentic Mexican food, but this place is great! I got the carnitas smothered burrito and it was great! Definitely recommend and the red salsa is my favorite!

Our family of 5 plus one grandparent went on a Sunday for lunch. It was our first time here. The staff was very nice. The food was delicious! Some of the best in Mountain Home. They do offer military discount. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

The last time I went here it wasn’t busy, and the 3 people in my party had to wait 20 minutes just to order food. They came back multiple times at about 15 minutes intervals each time to tell us they didn’t have what we ordered. I finally changed my order completely just to receive the wrong protein on my order. Multiple friends have also gotten food poisoning from them. It’s a shame because I previously enjoyed their food, but after all that I will never go back.

Great little place place of the beaten path, I was a bit skeptical due to the dusty red van being stored under the carport. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Chips and salsa fresh and the beans were tasty. The horchata was kinda watered down but refreshing. I had the chilli Relleno it was good even though it was premade and a frozen item. It’s hard to find homemade relleno. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, presentation was beautiful green sauce was a bit bland and the rice needs help but the beans brought it all together and was delicious. I had guacamole it was fresh made but needed garlic and salt no biggie I loved it. Ordered the churro for desert they say they make them fresh but I wasn’t impressed maybe the fryer oil was old, smelled a bit rancid (my thoughts). All in all I’m very pleased with my dinner choice and when I come back through town I will definitely be back. Kara was amazing I really enjoyed her input. I also like the fact that the owner respond to all the reviews that is HUGE when it comes to customer service this place truly loves their customers. Thanks for everything.

The food was good. HOWEVER, the lady who helped us was VERY rude. Brought us the wrong drinks, took a good 10 minutes after bringing us the wrong drinks to come back to the table to take our order (even though there was nobody else in there)
