Pulled a long black hair out of my mouth from the cashier who served my food without a ponytail. She never apologized. Refused to give us more green sauce when I refused to eat my salad and share my daughters meal. REALLY? I can still feel the hair as I pulled it from my throat. I told her I was going to write this review and she shrugged. Great customer service when there’s a problem. Not!

Good food; pretty standard fast-casual Mexican. There are things on the menu you definitely won’t find at Tijuana Flats or Moe’s, and the food was certainly good enough to make me want to go back for some of the more unusual dishes.

We have been eating here since they opened and always enjoyed the food. Tonight we placed a nearly $70 to-go order. The 2 taco salads had underdone, translucent chicken in them. We called and took the taco salads back to be replaced and were given 2 more taco salads with under cooked chicken. Asked for carne asada instead (and would have happily paid any difference as we WONT eat undercooked chicken). The chef said “that’s how we serve it here” – refused to do another protein and walked away. We won’t be back. It’s one thing to make a mistake – another to blatantly ignore undercooked chicken. Shame as we enjoyed eating here prior – but underdone chicken is asking to kill someone. NOT OKAY. AND NOT AN OKAY RESPONSE FROM ANY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. They said they would get their manager to do a refund for that part of our order. Hope we actually get the refund for the 2 taco salads with raw chicken.

My fiancé and I went here for the first time today and WOW, we absolutely loved it! I got the 1/4 chicken 1/3 ribs with mashed potatoes and tostones. The chicken was amazingly flavorful and fell of the bone, the ribs were fantastic. My fiancé got the churrasco which was perfectly seasoned. The rice was great, the plantains were SO GOOD and cooked perfectly. All in all we were extremely happy with our meals and will be visiting again soon.

amazing polo la brasa, but felt a little underwhelmed by the service attitude. Have come atleast 5 times and I’ll be back again because of the food. If you’re reading this and love peruvian/Latin fusion food you will love this place. Owners are super nice and have had excellent service in the past, hoping it was just a one time thing.
