The food was really good, and deserving of the five stars, but I have to ding them on the service. In that I asked two different staff people for their hot salsa, and both said they would bring it, but it was never delivered. Otherwise the service was good, a clean restaurant, and very tasty and generous sized food portions.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Nashville area. It feels cozy – like you got invited to a cousin’s house for dinner. Their portion sizes are generous and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. They have a great patio, too – it’s large and covered from heat, rain, etc. Can’t say enough how much I love Los Portales!

This is probably the first time I’ve ever ordered from Uber Eats and my food was actually hot and fresh. I ordered the Cali burrito and the guacamole casero and I finished every bit of it. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. My only complaint is that there aren’t any drink options on the menu if you order through Uber, I would’ve loved a jarrito to wash it all down but definitely still a 10/10.
