It was ok food. The service was great as was the atmosphere. But they charge gratuity to each item ordered so what should have been a $60 bill ended up almost $100. Plus tip. I’m sure it’s normal but I don’t think that’s right.

The restaurants portions are decent and typical but in comparison to the other Mexican restaurants it is very pricey the complimentary salsa was watery and the chips are cheap store bought grainy chips. When we were sat on the patio the music was playing kinda loud and the choice of music was tasteless as it was gangster rap throwing “N” words and “F” bombs and we had children in our group I did bring it to the bartender attention and he changed the channel immediately.

The horchata was great and so was the queso but my meal wasn’t edible. I thought it was just the steak and peppers but the rice and beans were awful as well. I even took a bite of my kiddos chicken quesadilla and it was even worse. Unfortunately I left as one unhappy hangry pregnant lady. I will say they were friendly and offered a discount thank goodness. The restaurant in itself was very nice and clean.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner. We are not from this area so we didn’t know how it was going to be. We both really liked their food. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, and the food came out hot within a good time frame. We will be back for sure.

Montero Ranch
Service has declined. The menu did not change but many items were no longer served for undisclosed reasons. I understand that some ingredients may be hard to obtain, but I miss the crab enchiladas and better service staff.

I always get the best service. These guys are courteous and quick for a sit down. They have the best burritos I have had in all of Oregon, California or Nevada. It is worth the price you pay. All the other food is excellent one of the best places I’ve ever been.
