I had a really bad experience when ordering pick up via Doordash on Cinco de Mayo. I ordered a dessert, a burrito, cheese dip, and a drink. After waiting 40 minutes past my pickup time, I had a waitress tell me “they probably won’t make it anyway, so you might as well just leave.” Turns out they had already made the burrito, and it had just been sitting on the counter getting cold. They gave me the burrito and toppings, my drink, chips, salsa, and an empty container that was supposed to be cheese dip. I left a bad review on Doordash, and they emailed me saying they’d remake my order. I called today, and they had my entire order made ready within 15 minutes. Everything tasted great, and I’m extremely grateful to them that they corrected their mistake and gave me a chance to try their delicious food. Will definitely go back.
