Beauti FAHT
The food had a nice presentation but it just didn’t taste like what I expected. I tried a gordita and a sope. The steak sope was ok. But lacked flavor. The gordita was not at all what I expected. No flavor at all on the ground beef. Very bland. I did like the rice but it isn’t the best. The service was the best part. Everyone super friendly and attentive.

The mangonada was great! The food seemed bland but I always bring cholula with me to any Mexican restaurant. Partner agreed that food was a bit bland but I’d definitely go back for drinks and chips and queso. I made the mistake of getting crunchy tacos instead of soft for whatever reason but the restaurant is clean!

So we went to Los Reyes last night because we had a hankering for Mexican food. I already know Los Reyes is my favorite in the area even though it’s not the closest. I was surprised to find them very busy when we arrived, there’s usually several guests but I’ve never seen it so packed.

The food was really good, one of the best steak burritos I’ve had. However, they used to have ot posted (I couldn’t find the sign today) that parties of 8 or more are charged a gratuity, which I understand to an extent, but I went to eat today and my party of 4 was charged a 15% gratuity. When questioned about it, no one had a straight answer and my server disappeared while I was paying so I couldn’t ask her. The service already wasn’t good, but I’m a waitress and understand people have their bad days, so I still try to always leave at least 20%. I just would have liked to know why they charged me a gratuity, but don’t have any signs posted and couldn’t tell me what it was for. Used to be a favorite restaurant of mine but I won’t be back now.

We were searching for a good Mexican restaurant and who would have thought we’d find it connected to a gas station. This place was GREAT! Upon entering, we were greeted immediately. The interior looked brand new and was exceptionally immaculate. The menu was very descriptive yet extensive so alot to choose from. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent. We will definitely return and highly recommend this establishment.
