Probably will not ever go back again $23 for a very small burrito bowl a drink with chips and salsa. I know inflation is crazy right now but I could have dined at a real Mexican restaurant for less than this and actually had quality food. I know it says it in the menu that they charge extra for this and that but I didn’t see this I just seen 9 dollars for a burrito bowl i was like ok not bad but than they charge you for cheese they charge you for meat they charge you for almost everything other than lettuce and rice. This place is a knock of qdoba that will not last long I can gaurantee you they will be closed by the end of the year. I could go to other places and get extra meat extra everything and not pay $23 Added a photo to show you what was $23. Good luck staying open guys!!!! And I’m a person who had no problem spending 50-100 dollars on one meal for myself when I find dine.

So, they show $9.99 for the base choice but then charge for most of the items you get. Add a $3.50 drink, a $1.85 bag of chips, and a $3.99 4 oz guacamole and you end up with, I kid you not, a $26 check. $26!!!! No wonder there is no one here! And when I questioned how a bowl ended up $26 she read off the items and excluded all the extra charges on the bowl. I said that doesn’t add up to $26 so she flips the screen over. 5 additional items I was being charged for. I gave it back and said nope! They need to make pricing clearer and not nickel and dime you into a $7+ higher cost on the bowl. Yep, not coming back! Don’t recommend you bother. You can get a sit-down meal with service for better food for the same price or less.

Usually eat here at least one a week normally the customer service is decent! Tonight I had a new girl I’ve never seen and was treated horribly if this keeps up I won’t come back I can’t believe how rude she was! Do better people your work in customer service!

They are new and you can tell but that should improve with time. Very friendly staff. This place is a bit overpriced to me. I paid $28 for 1 taco and 1 quesadilla with a side of rice and beans. They gave me the larger 16 ounce sides without asking what size I wanted and then only filled them barely over half way. I waited to see what they were going to charge me for the sides and they rang up the 16 ounce sizes so I told them if they were going to charge me for a large side they should fill the container and then they did fill the rest of the way. If I’m going to pay this much I don’t want to pay for empty space! I really think they’re just new and inexperienced rather than just trying to rip me off but perhaps they need someone with more experience working with them especially being that they just opened. The food is pretty good from what I’ve tried so far, it’s worth the splurge every once in awhile.

We ate here and thought it was a nice new quick place to get some good food. Then a few days later decided to eat there again. Their closing is posted as 9 and they decided to close at 8:15. Locked the doors and wasted our time. One of the workers was leaving the tobacco shop next door and said “Sorry we closed”. Probably should plan to visit mid day if you want to eat here.

The food is great! A bit expensive compared to Qdoba but the authentic recipes are arguably worth the extra cost. Just so you know ahead of time, guac and queso are extra. They have $5.99 Burrito Mondays so that might have to go into my rotation so that’s a great deal!
