Great Mexican food, great service, and great location. We brought our dogs so we ate at their outside seating but the inside and patio seating looked really nice too. The food was large portions, warm and tasty. Our server was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Really great spot me and my fellow riders found riding thru the mountains. Tucked away a bit but a beautiful waterfall view from our table was awesome. Food was EXCELLENT! I had one of the large burritos and it was amazing! If you’re passing thru, definitely make sure you stop and grab a bite to eat and enjoy the view!

The service was pretty okay, the server checked in a few times. The tacos were wonderful, rice a little on the hard side but beans a little odd aka ‘different’ but not a deal breaker. I’d definitely return. Chips and salsa great. Definitely not spicy for those who like a little bit of kick.

Best Mexican food I have ever had hands down!!! From the salsa and queso to the shredded chicken chimichangas….. Amazing!!!! Fresh and so much flavor!!! The staff was extremely friendly and the service was fast! Everything was priced fairly, especially for the amount of food you get. I promise you will not leave hungry!! My 2 daughters and I visited Highlands yesterday and stopped on our way home. I am so glad that we did!! We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend!!!

The staff was not friendly or welcoming, they seemed like they were not happy to be at work. Our waitress was almost rude with how she spoke to us. We went early afternoon and people were leaving from lunch. Maybe we came at the wrong time of day? Maybe the lunch shift was bad?? At one point we were the the only table there and still couldn’t get a refill. We also had to wait a very long time for the check. My chicken chimichanga had nasty chicken and was hardly edible, I left most of it on my plate. I wonder about their kitchen and how clean it must be after watching them work. We will not be back.
