Absolutely flavor packed pizza in a fun atmosphere. The crust is the best I have ever had as it appears they bake cheese into the bottom. The cheese bread appetizer was no ordinary stick of bread with cheese sprinkled on top. The bread seemed like it was there only to keep the cheese from falling all over the place. We ordered 2 individual pizzas the pit boss and the Supreme. Even tho they were crowded, the pizzas came out hot and fresh and were very tasty. I ordered the cheesecake pizza for dessert. It was tasty but was kinda messy and not very nice looking. Blobs of cheesecake stuff squirted on top. Was just kinda of weird but the other pizza was delish.

Their pizzas are always hot and delicious. I love that you can create your own. The Cauliflower pizza crust is my favorite. Their salads are very fresh. Food usually comes out fast. Service is friendly most of the time.

Waited almost an hour for an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1130. They didn’t even call to advise they were behind. But what really got to me was just the service in general. The waitresses were rude and angry, I get their busy but they shouldn’t take it out on each other or customers. They ignored me as I waited at the counter trying to get an update, they addressed two other customers that came up behind me in that time though.

The food is good but we waited 45 minutes for a house salad and over an hour for a pizza. Then the pizza was a size smaller than we ordered. I didn’t care enough to bother trying to rectify that. I’ll never go back. The pizza was good though.

Sitting in here watching food dry up on the floor, been waiting for almost an hour on pizza I have already paid for. Nobody on staff in the restaurant looks old enough to vote. They are talking with other kids in restaurant and the music is loud. Youth is definitely wasted on the young and whomever owns this restaurant would probably fire everyone in here. I will not be back. By the way, 13 dollar pizza about the size of 6 Torino’s pizza rolls. Messed up a sausage and cheese pizza too

Called to put in a pi k up order. Was left on hold for 10 minutes. Drove up to the restaurant, still being on hold. Waited in line for approximately 5 minutes while still on hold. At this point it has been 30 minites on hold. Told the girl at the counter that i was the guy that you have on hold on your phone. She just laughed a little and said ” oh! we have been busy” . This is really not excusable.

It’s a shame because the food is good but watching the servers wipe off the tables with their hand, never put a rag or sanitizer on it. Took 3 times to get the right pizza. Staff needs training big time. No sense of customer service.

At 8.99 for 5(five) mozzarella sticks, I should have saved my money and gone to Walmart and bought a box. I understand inflation, but menu online shows 12 for 6.99. Needs updating.
