We were in Arvada for a birthday party that ran late and were looking for a good place to stop for dinner at 8pm. Lot One had a great looking menu so we decided to stop in. It’s a smaller restaurant in a quiet shopping center in the Five Forks neighborhood with a laid back vibe. The patio was beautiful and it was a cool night, so we dined outside. Service was pretty slow, but we did show up an hour before close. Everyone seemed busy trying to close up for the night. We didn’t have a check back on our meals until we were pretty much through. Thankfully, the food was good. We didn’t order anything too adventurous seeing as it was so late in the evening. The romaine had a good char on it for the Caesar salad and the chicken was nicely seasoned. Prices on kids meals were a bit steep considering what was served. The fresh side options were great. The presentation in the baking tins was cute. Overall, we would return when in the area.

Came here for Sunday brunch and had an amazing experience! Our server, CJ, was kind and attentive throughout our visit and gave us great recommendations. We both enjoyed a latte and the Nashville Benedict and smothered burrito were both excellent! Also love restaurants that still drop off a check at the end of your meal. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic options for brunch! So many that we couldn’t decide. Haley helped us by letting us know we could do a half French toast order with a half biscuits and sausage gravy order. That was the best of both worlds- sweet and savory! We ate on the patio and enjoyed our time.

Delicious brunch! And excellent prices (something I rarely call out, but this place was really affordable comparatively to a lot of Denver area brunches). The food was fantastic. Super good donuts. Love the look of the tower. Great brunch starter. The Benedict was perfect. Potatoes were super delicious and crispy- great cooking techniques used in this kitchen. The hash brown casserole, which technically comes from the BBQ menu, was delicious (potato chip topping!?!). Never need to to go see the terrible country store again for my HBC fix.

Very inviting restaurant with a nice outdoor patio. My husband had a burger with fries. I enjoyed the salad option with grilled chicken. Everyone was great, along with meal presentation. I don’t feel it was worth $56.00, which included a tip but no alcohol 🙁
