Gem of a place in Marion, Alabama. Genuinely nice people with classic southern hospitality on full display. The food was fantastic and everything was well-prepared. Visiting the area from Chicago, it was great to find a spot where I could enjoy flavorful soul food. The homemade pound cake was delicious. Will definitely return when I’m back in the area!

Stopped on a Saturday for lunch while passing through. The guy at the front was super friendly. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Fried chicken was done old school and not over battered. Mac & Cheese was amazing! The ribs were awesome too! Other items our group had were Bacon Cheeseburger, Onion Rings, Fried Okra, and Cole Slaw. Everything was good! We’ll definitely stop again if we’re in the area!

We were visiting from North Alabama and I must say this restaurant was so down home and quaint. The food had so much soul! We had a larger party and everyone enjoyed the food. The young lady who served us was phenomenal (We wish her a Happy Happy Birthday!!!!). Will definitely visit the area again in the future.

I traveled 48 minutes just to try the food and when I tell you the food is delicious. I love their Sunday dinners!!! I had collard greens, corn bread, macaroni and cheese, baked chicken, candy yams, and a sweet tea and everything was good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves soul food on Sundays. You will not regret it I promise you lol

I just don’t know what to say about this restaurant. I know I can say this though. They have a laid back chill vibe with some nice R&B jams playing in the back ground. The food made my heart smile reminded me of my grandmothers cooking. I am from Houston, Texas and I googled comfort food near me and the name caught my eye. If you ever in Marion, Alabama go check Lottie’s it is going to be the best food you will ever have. I loved it!!!! Thank you for the experience and the happy stomach.
