The curry was perfection and my personal favorite. I loved how it came with a ton of vegetables and with brown rice, ah-mmmmazing! All of the entrees we ordered are pretty tasty as well. We were trying each others’ dishes. I highly recommend this place for their selection of healthy dishes. I personally love how many vegetarian choices these are to choose from. It is fantastic. Thank you for the great food and service. We look forward to many more trips.

Ive been coming here for many many years and am so Glad to see this place maintain their same delicious quality in flavor, freshness, and healthfulness. Thanks Lotus for the wonderful Chicken Enchiladas! I highly recommend their salad with fresh jicama and radish among other ingredients along with the Tahini dressing.

A nice neat place with so many vegetarian and vegan options . I liked what I tried but spouse was not so much thrilled about his salad and told it was a bit bland and not much flavourful. I liked the sandwich artichoke pesto with mock chicken it was quite good. Will go back to try some more options to know if this is a solid vegetarian joint .so far liked what I tried and the prices are okay too.

This is my go-to place for lunch in Encinitas. The patio is gorgeous, the menu is huge, and the employees are always so happy! The kombucha on tap is to die for. Don’t even bother going to Swami’s. Lotus is where it’s at.

Friendly staff and delicious drinks and food. I loved my moonlight mango smoothie and my friend liked her sandwich. The place had such a cool interior and design. It was clean, and everything was well priced. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and he suggested the smoothie I had. He even complimented me in my Red Cross shirt.
