Yuck! Deep dish pizza was all crust and very minimal cheese. I ORDERED A CHEESE PIZZA. No sauce just smooshed chunky unseasoned tomatoes on top. I think they ran out of or forgot to salt. Absolutely No flavor whatsoever. I was so excited to try a Lou Malnatis pizza but was very disappointed. Spent way too much on this garbage. Will not be ordering again.

The experience was fine. The pizza is not good at all. We got a large deep dish sausage pizza. The crust tastes like yeast, the sausage is almost flavorless and tastes like its been mixed with ground beef. I don’t know how this could even be considered a deep dish pizza. It was more like a thick crust pizza, with not even enough cheese to make a thin crust pizza taste good. The only part that was okay, was you could taste fresh tomatoes in the sause, which was also lacking in flavor. Not worth $30. I wanted to try it. I did that, I will probably never eat it again.

My husband went to pick up our pizza at our designated pickup time. After waiting 10 minutes they told him they gave the pizza away, which it happens no problem. They refunded the money but my husband wanted to get out so fast he didn’t get a receipt. I called to ask if there was a confirmation number or a receipt I could get to make sure I would get my refund. I was instantly greeted with an attitude and told “God forbid your refund doesn’t go back on your card”. This was very unprofessional and I don’t think I will return to this location due to the horrible customer service.

My husband and I have been waiting to try Lou Malnati’s and it was disgusting!! YULK!!! The pizza looked very good, but when we bit into it, it was like biting into air. There was no taste. It was absolutely bland. No seasoning and the crust was not done all the way in the center. Please don’t go to this place. It is disgusting. You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED

Delicious! Ordered at 9pm, and even though they close at 10, my pizza was crispy, hot and perfectly topped. Excellent pizza!

First time customer ordering due to fund raiser for DAV. Ordered deep dish delivery. Arrived at expected time. Opened box and pizza was covered with a plastic piece of paper which created condensation. I used a paper towel to absorb the water. The pizza was easy to cut. The taste…. Awful. Worst pizza ever. The sausage had no flavor at all. The sauce was bland. The crust wasn’t anything to brag about. I “doctored” it up to make it edible as I’m not fond of throwing $30 in the garbage.

Lou’s has been a favorite for years, but it’s been a while since I had one. I noticed that a new carry out opened in Crown Point, and decided to give them a shot. Now, reading the reviews had me a little worried, but I chalked up most of the negative ones to the growing pains of a new restaurant. I placed my pickup order just after they opened on a Wednesday, and the pie was ready 30 minutes later just as they said it would. As recommended, I left it uncut for the ride home. Service was friendly and fast.

Lol the franchise owners gotta be seeing this. This pizza was terrible. It was like cheese, some watery sauce, all on a piece of paper. So if you like to eat paper, this is the place to go. Oh it didn’t taste good either. I guess they don’t cut it also. ♂️

Always delicious food here The only problem is it doesn’t seem like they have their takeout orders on point. It’s always such a long long wait I’ve walked in sometimes and it looks like a funeral you see five or six people standing around just hungry and aggravated and it’s a shame because the food is so delicious the people that work there are really amazing people very nice but I think they need to get their system down a little bit better because if somebody was to walk into my restaurant with some of the looks that I see when I’m there that’s not the look you should want your customers to have. I know it’s hard to hire people these days but microman is a little bit better just my advice and this place would be dead on perfect

Place was packed, but that’s not a problem, I had a pickup I placed 4 hours prior for a 6pm pickup.
