Tuscan Bean & Sausage Soup was very good but needed a larger portion. Vodka Rigatoni was al-dente and delicious but breadstick on the harder side. Generous amount of sauce, which was nice. Will definitely be back another day to try some of the other good looking menu options.

We enjoyed cheese ravioli and chicken parmigiana for lunch. Nice portions, excellent quality which justifies the price. Atmosphere is just OK, simple at best. If we were to make a suggestion we would say pay more attention to detail. Cheese shaker was almost empty, and paper napkins quite flimsy. All in all nice experience.

Pizza is above average but the vodka rigatoni was less than to be desired. It comes with crumbled sausage which was very sparse. When I did eat one, it had no flavor and it doesn’t add anything to the dish. it’s expensive for noodles, sauce and a few bits of meat. We’d go back for the pizza but not the pasta.

My mom and I came in earlier this week, the restaurant was pretty empty, but by the time we got our food there was a good amount of people. The food was great, my mom has the mushroom truffle ravioli and I had the vodka rigatoni. I’m partial to Maciano’s vodka sauce, so I was not too impressed with it. However, the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff, quality of food for price, speed and cleanliness makes up for it. I will definitely be back to try more from their menu!!

Friendly atmosphere with excellent Italian cuisine! Definitely will choose to eat at this place again. The family atmosphere and the flair for great Italian dishes was displayed beautifully from fresh and vibrant house salad to our pizzas and pasta. Non dairy pizza choices were available for one family member which was a delicious bonus!

Batavia location seemed so much better and more consistent and was actually impressed with their pizzas. This location in South Elgin not at all the same….had so much sauce too was gross. First delivery they couldn’t find me so they left at neighbors door without even notifying me so it just sat there at a random door getting cold hardening up. Not sure what delivery driver thought that was an intelligent decision just placing it at any random door. Then I called and actually found the cold pizza and it looked like u see in the picture can’t make this stuff up. They did provide me a refund and a $20 credit but that second chance pizza wasn’t good at all was again very disappointed. Two times and both very disappointing can’t go back. Wiseguys I believe is the best option in this area I have found.
