We stopped in before seeing a show at the Palace theater. They were quite busy, but we were immediately greeted and offered seats or takeout. We dined in, ordered mozzarella sticks and a large half and half pizza, house special ( no mushrooms for allergy), and the other half meatlovers. The mozzarella sticks were huge and good, made there, I think. The pizza was FANTASTIC, one of the top 5 I’ve ever eaten loaded with meats and veggies. Our waitress was a hard worker, managing the phones, tables, and pick-up orders. If we lived closer, we’d be a regular.

I just love Louie’s! Good flavor, they have such amazing sauce. My Mom used to take my brothers & I here a lot as kids and we loved it. We still do. Some of our best dining out memories were at Louie’s. Not to mention his pizza, calzone, salads, & grinders are the best around. & of course the cheesecake is amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Louie’s for keeping it delicious for decades!!

I’m from upstate NY, so my bar for pizza is pretty high. I ordered through Slice.com, and even though it said the order had been received, the shop didn’t get my order. Which I didn’t know until I called to ask where it was.

We like Louie’s Pizza but last time we ordered our pizza was burned. We called to say something and that we wanted a new pizza and they refused to replace the burned pizza!! Haven’t ordered from them since.

I placed an order online as I have done every other time in the past. The delivery driver named Keith proceeded to curse at me, yell at me, and informed that I should have given the building number, even though all the information was listed on the receipt. I did call the store to make a complaint and was given Keith’s name and the staff did apologize, however, at no point did myself or my 5 year old son deserve to subjected to his profanity or disrespect on all levels. This level of no customer service is going to have me look other establishments for food as I was not treated respectfully.

The service is just horrible especially when trying to order delivery I’ve never had this issue ever ! The person answering the phone and automatically putting me on hold then just hanging up after 4-6 min ! Just unacceptable.

I ordered dinner from Louie’s pizza part of the order was a calzone and cheese bread the calzone was burnt I call them up and they sent me another one which was raw inside it was not cooked all the way the cheese bread didn’t have enough cheese on it I would not order any more from this location
