Really great steakhouse. We came here with my family, including 4 kids 3 and under, and the staff was just really friendly and accommodating to us. Our server was outstanding and the support staff were on point. The steaks and all the food were awesome, but by far the star of the show was the fried artichoke – it was just stunningly delicious. HIGHLY recommend.

Louie’s Prime is moreso a 4.25/4.5 star establishment, but until Google allows half-star increments I’ll continue to round up. I just dined at Louie’s with a large group as part of a bachelor party and we had a very good experience. Due to the size of our party we booked a private room, which was perfect for our group of 14. The room was floor to ceiling windows, with strings of lights hanging from the ceiling. Everyone had plenty of room and we were all quite comfortable. The service was excellent; we had a main waitress and two others helping her making sure our drinks were replenished and waters were constantly topped off. Our orders were taken promptly but we never felt rushed and all requests were accommodated happily. The food was good to very good, fortunately for myself I seemed to order the best steak off the menu, at our server’s recommendation. The Double Crust Delmonico was utterly outstanding. Well-seasoned and charred and cooked to an absolutely perfect medium-rare. I cannot recommend this menu item enough. I gave some of my buddies a taste and they all agreed it was the best thing on the table. Some other guys were slightly underwhelmed with their entrees, but this is not their review. I live two hours away, but I will remember Louie’s Prime fondly and would love to return if I’m ever in the area again.

Definitely not what I expected for a steak house in the Poconos. Just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s good.

For a place I have wanted to go for years, I am beyond disappointed. All of our steaks were under seasoned, incorrectly cooked, and the aged steaks were poorly done. Sides ran the gamut from overcooked asparagus to undercooked broccoli with whole Cheetos mixed in. It was weird to say the least. Service was good at first and rapidly died off. We were roasted out of our dining area by their heating system that gave us pulses of scorching then cold air.

High end restaurant, suggest you call for a reservation, especially on the weekends. We had a 30 minute wait on a Friday night, but we were able to wait at the bar until our table was ready. Service was outstanding, very friendly and attentive. Prices are a bit steep. But it was a fun night out.

What can I say, other than the food was exquisite, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere and ambiance were amazing. The food couldn’t have been better, the drinks were amazing. My only complaint was that I couldn’t finish my meal, but I will have some amazing prime rib for work tomorrow night, and maybe some carrot cake for a midnight snack tonight.

The service and friendliness of the staff was exemplary and we enjoyed the ambiance. While the food was good the portions were very small for the price. The breadsticks were frozen, not fresh made, the clams casino were ok, as was the entrees. The crab cakes were on the smaller side and the steak was very small. It tasted ok but we’ve had much better at chain steakhouses. The presentation of our entrees was lackluster and quite frankly not enticing. If you enjoy a cocktail the pours are very heavy. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to having a special meal, it’s a shame the food doesn’t match the attentiveness & friendliness of the hostess and waiter.

Really enjoyed this place. Service was wonderful and helpful. Food was delicious, wife had scallops and I was looking forward to a pork chop. Both were delicious. Price was what we expected for a great time. Thank You

I don’t think you want to know…However, if you want to learn karate this is the place to go! Started out with s. Moved to a different table and then got flies. Ordering $80 steaks and flies landing on your food. You learn karate quick! The waitress was super nice and tried her best to make it better. But….if we are having ants and flies where we can see them, what’s in the kitchen???? We did say something and they comped us because of the waitress. The manager never came over. So no go ever again!
