I was looking to eat somewhere new this time around and remembered that there were two places I hadn’t tried right near each other. I decided to try the chicken first and I hoped it was better than the place I had tried years ago. I’ve never been to this location. However, it was great. The two ladies working were very friendly. My fries were cooked freshly. Chicken was hot and tasty. My only problem was I am used to biscuits and not rolls. I like honey and they didn’t have any. The stip mall had plenty of parking. If I’m ever out this way again, I would truly eat there again. Great little place to grab some fried shrimp, fish and/or chicken. The service is fast and courteous. It’s a family run joint. My food came out hot and fast. What I really enjoyed was that, the food was actually flavorful. The chicken, was well spiced, the shrimp had a great pop and crispness to them. The fish had a real flaky and clean flavor to it. You must try a slushy, I had the green apple flavor and now, I want to try all the flavors. The sides are really good as well. Overall, I enjoyed this place. Great place to call ahead and take some home for the family on a Friday or Saturday movie night.

My family and I have been eating here since moving to Fontana. We discovered this location, because we had a restaurant in the town we previously lived in and love it. I will definitely say that not every Louisiana restaurant is the same. We thought we would try a different location in Fontana, but their discourteous way they answered their phone, discouraged us from even placing an order, so we hung up and never called that location again. The woman who answered, sounded like the last thing she wanted to do at that particular moment in time, was to take a food order. And even this was only after calling several times to a phone that would never get answered! The Cherry Ave. location is the complete opposite. Whenever we have ordered, the phone is always answered immediately, and the kind lady and gentleman who answer’s the phone, always sound very welcoming and friendly. They are patient when taking your order and repeat it precisely how they received it. Whenever we go in to pick up our food, we are greeted with a smile, as though they couldn’t wait for us to arrive. Their location is a little further from our home, but we gladly make the trip. Their food is delicious and fresh every time. We have never had a bad experience there and this is the only place we go for Louisiana chicken. Thank you for making our experience a pleasure, every time!

This is some of the best fried chicken around town. The drive home from picking up my chicken I knew I was in for a treat. The smell was so good my mouth was watering the whole ride home. The taste was even better. Crisp on the outside and juicy on the in, this fried chicken is awesome! Also enjoyed a side of mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy which were also delicious. They also have great Buffalo chicken wings! If you are in the area definitely call ahead of time or come in and order! Remember it’s fresh fried chicken so it can take 15 minutes plus so order with time! It’s definitely worth the wait!

Fire ! I moved up to the I.E and was wondering if they had some good ol hood food ! Low and behold a quick Google search and bam! They are 14 min away, Trouble ! The food was outstanding! Hot and fresh. The young lady was great and polite. And this Louisiana chicken makes awesome slushes! Will be back!
