Guess they’re less than reliable to open at 11 a.m., so be warned. There’s that and the fact that you will need to half translate what anyone is saying due to the THICK accent that every employee has. Also, forget about getting in and out fast. Even with the obviously ready and waiting chicken, I always end up waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Other than those MAJOR annoyances, the food is great

My husband and I use to always eat here. We went in yesterday 7/19 and the lady at the cashier had an attitude with this elderly that was asking questions about if their food was spicy so she would know what to get. As she continued to ask questions the worker was getting more upset by the min. Once the elderly daughter stepped in to assist her mom the cashier began to rush them. It was NOBODY else in there besides them and us which we was totally fine with waiting because we understood the situation. Once her order was placed we then began to give her our order but we as well had questions about certain combos. She knew better not to try that attitude mess with us so she answered and took our order. As we waited we noticed how dirty the table and seat were like nobody came to wipe them after customers left so we had to get a napkin and wipe the table and chairs off that we sat at. Once we made it home right after we ate my kids and husband had to use the restroom very bad then I started to feel sick. Mind you we have eaten there before and never experienced this. The next morning 7/20 I had to call off from work and my husband was very late due to very severe stomach aches. He and my kids was constantly back and forth to the bathroom and I was stuck in bed feeling very nauseous and weak. My kids stated the night prior that the chicken did not taste right and so did my husband. We feel as though the food was cooked in old or contaminated grease. We will no longer eat there.

We had fish, wings, shrimp, fries, strawberry slush, and red velvet cake. Also ordered corn fritters but they weren’t in the bag, they gave me extra fries in place of missing corn fritters. The Red Velvet cake was absolutely horrible. But all the other items mentioned were very well seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Idk how to describe it. The food is good. The service is commercial. When I say the food is good, I mean, like the main parts of your meal. For instance, shrimp baskets have great shrimp, but bland fries.

Extremely slow. There’s absolutely no customer service other than them asking what you want. We waited 30 minutes plus for 10 shrimp, 5 fish and 5 tenders with no one inside. They made sure the drive through was taken care of. Put all the food in one box. Never again.

Not what I expected. I ordered the 3 piece fish combo with fries and a small side of dirty rice. The fries and roll was the only items I enjoyed. The fish lacked flavor and was a bit tough. The dirty rice was not dirty rice at all. Just white rice with a little meat mixed in.

AVOID THIS PLACE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RACIST AND TREAT BLACK CUSTOMERS 2ND RATE. The employees make this place disgusting. The short lady who works the cash register and serves the food DOESN’T WASH HER NASTY HANDS after using the toilet, and SHE HAS NO SHAME ABOUT HER FILTHY WAYS. In fact, the soap dispenser in the bathroom is broke, and this place is so cheap that they could care less about replacing it. Making it even more unsanitary, THERE’S NO TOILET PAPER in the bathroom. Regardless of whether you purchased food, the SAME FEMALE EMPLOYEE on the cash register WILL NOT HESISTATE TO CHARGE YOU FOR NAPKINS if you complain that the bathroom is out of toilet paper. I’m reporting this sorry place to the Dallas Dept of Health & Human Hygiene. Note to the owner, FIRE THAT LADY WORKING YOUR CASH REGISTER or hang it up and condemn this place.
