On 4/5/23 at 8:20 a.m. , My daughter who is pregnant walked in and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and she waited 10 minutes for the bagel to be toasted while 3 other male customers who walked in after her were able to receive their wedge sandwiches and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches before her food was finished. When my daughter started to complain, the cashier Alla told my daughter not to come back or to call her order in but my daughter’s phone is damaged. My daughter buys food from this overpriced restaurant everyday and spends about $15 to be treated so poorly. There are days when we call in and she asked for bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll and her rolls aren’t toasted! This is not the first second or third time and we are fed up now. I hope Eddie is able to rectify this situation because all customers deserve to be treated fairly and have their food prepared in a timely manners without prejudicial cashiers making them feel unwelcome.

I came in for the first time for a catering order. (after another deli didn’t seem to know how to answer any of our questions and didn’t seem to even want my business.) It was really clean and lots of choices. I was planning a luncheon for a funeral the following day. They were extremely helpful and patient as I figured out what I needed. They helped me order the right amount and were very accommodating. I even called the next day to ask if there was any way to get the order earlier and they delivered within 15 minutes. Which I’m so thankful for.

Food is great but I’ll never eat anything from this place again. Today as 7/15/22 I went to pick up my order with my husband. I had 2 dogs with me. I know dogs are not allowed so I was outside. I guess the owner big Italian guy in Gucci shoes came outside yelled at me first to move away and then went to delivery guy to yell at him too. He was unloading stuff for his deli and was in the truck when the owner started yelling at him to move his truck away. Delivery guy was really calm and he said he’ll do it but Italian guy was furious he started yelling even more and later he threw little metal ramp at delivery guy. He needed his paperwork back so he went to the store again when owner started throwing hands at him. I was scared so we’re my dogs. I’ll never go there again!!!! Shame on you big guy

I went to order a deli sandwich in my modest sports bra (pictured) in 90° summer weather and the woman behind the counter interrupted my order to tell me “next time you need to wear a shirt.” I was so taken back because I am not in a bikini or topless. And she said one like hers (she was wearing an oversized polo) I laughed and said I don’t work there and I can wear whatever the hell I want. Her tone was so condescending and said she was merely following store rules. I think she’s been looking for the opportunity to make someone uncomfortable out of jealously maybe? Anyway, didn’t buy the sandwich and never going back again. Screw this place, it’s not a church .

I will never go back. The way I was spoken to today was disgusting. The girl behind the counter wanted me to leave my dog outside. He’s a therapy dog and she didn’t care about that. Is that how you treat someone that has a therapy dog? Is that how you would treat someone who depends on an animal to get around? It’s disgusting. I will never shop at this deli ever again.

Was my go to for lunch delivery for weeks, great sandwiches! However, lately I’ve noticed that the prices have significantly increased on delivery apps (especially grubhub). A sandwich that used to cost me $6.25 is now $8.95. Their website still shows the old prices so I think it’s just up-charged on the apps. There’s enough fees on there already without the upcharging so I will no longer order
