Small Town Jewel… Friendly Environment! This is the best Restaurant in Waynesboro! Not only is the Soul Food delicious, so are the Menu Items! A few of our favorites are the Hot Honey Mustard Wings and Burgers; Hamburger Steak, Chicken and Dumplings, Pork Chops, Turkey Wings, and Oxtails. Check out their Facebook Page Daily for the Buffet Menu!

I absolutely love love love this place! I’m surprised it doesn’t have more reviews. I’ve been here a few times now and every time I visit, it is a treat! Customer service is a 10/10 and you will always be greeted with a smile. The food is amazing and well seasoned. You will be back for more! if you’re looking for some good food and some amazing southern hospitality, I HIGHLY recommend that you go here.

This is an AMAZING restaurant. I got the American Way hamburger, and it was the best hamburger I have ever eaten. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The service was wonderful, and my server, Keisha was very kind. If you have not gone to Lou’s yet, you should.

Service was great. Greeted with a smile and a warm “how you doin”. The waitress was busy at a table. The cook took my order & started till the waitress got back. I expected more from a 14.00 salad. More vegetables in the salad, more chicken and a few crackers. Overall good experience…I’m sure it will get better.

Plate lunches on Sunday are amazing! I got the fried pork chop, collards, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and banana pudding. It was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. A solid soul food restaurant to eat at after church on Sunday. Highly recommend!

I’m honestly surprised this place isn’t more popular. You don’t have many options in Waynesboro, but this place is definitely a stand out. The buffalo chicken sandwich was on point. The venue looks good and is clean. You have a bit of soul music in the background. And it’s right on the main drag of downtown. What else can you ask for?

I was very disappointed. What we were served did not meet the expectations of what we ordered on the menu. The hot ham and cheese was not hot just toasted bread. The quality of meat and veggies was not at the price point for the sandwiches. Plus we waited a very long time for our food. We will not be back in.

Lou’s catered an event at our church recently. The food was outstanding and delicious. As a result, it was hard to pick a favorite item. The peach cobbler was amazing.

Nice place, just a little hotter than I’d like but the customer service was excellent and food was great.
