Worse experience ever! We arrived and ordered as usual. Waited over 30 minutes for two meals. I hear the employee answering the phone and telling people 10-15 minutes. People were coming and going so quickly. Finally I decided to politely ask how much longer it was going to be. He looked at me and said just so you know the short ribs usually take 15 minutes but I’ll check with the kitchen. He said it should be soon. 10 more minutes pass by and we finally get our order. Only to notice there were literally 5 small bite size pieces of meat. Now I know beef is expensive nowadays but I don’t think 5 pieces should’ve costs me $18 and to wait 40 minutes for that many pieces seems ridiculous. We will never go back there and I will not recommend them to anyone I know!

Their teriyaki chicken is the best! The gyoza are great, too. My daughter said the tempura sushi is the best she’s ever had. I appreciate getting iced tea, too, since I don’t care for soda.

The food was fine but I called early to have my order ready before I came in and I was put on hold and made it to the store and the dude just had the phone on the counter ignoring it and I told him I was the guy on the phone and he wasn’t even fazed like alright. Told him my simple order and I didn’t want veggies and I still got them, like come on with the service

Maybe we hit it on an off day but between Jesus music and really too greasy veggies just not a great place. Not that I really care about decor in a teriyaki place, but that was pretty odd. As you can see we didn’t eat much. My friend said the beef was pretty good though. Which is basically only what he ate out of his noodles. Was nice they had a lot of vegetarian options. Just way too much oil, weird atmosphere, low quality ingredients. Not my cup of tea.
