Our family has been dining at Love Sushi since they opened. Today we visited at lunch time and it was quiet with about a half dozen customers. The food and service are always consistent and the combinations are a great value with large portions. If you’re not hungry, box up your leftovers and you will have a meal to go. GH

This place was great, I went during happy hour, so if you ordered 2 rolls you got one free. The sushi here was delicious, and the variety of rolls they offered was great. I was feeling like sushi with some warm elements, so I went with fried and baked options. I would say my favourite was probably the Lexus roll as I felt like everything in it just meshed perfectly topped with that perfect crunch. Then the baked scallop roll which was overall really tasty, surprising me with the sheer amount of scallops included. Then the LA Kings Roll which was tasty but a bit too much crunch for me. The experience was great tho with great customer service and a good overall environment. Will definitely come again.

Mr. Handsome, (no joke) who is one of the sushi specialist is very accommodating and very open to making sure your experience nothing short of phenomenal and fun. Definitely go there during their happy hours between noon and 3 PM and 9 to 10 PM!!!!

I have been visiting this establishment for a few years i want to say, and it is very inconsistent. At times the food is amazing, the flavor just taste unlike any other sushi around. Other times, such as today, it taste just not great. Almost as if food isn’t been stored properly. Between my wife, daughter and myself we order a good assortment of rolls so I know it isn’t just what I order. All in all, I would recommend it, just would caution that it is inconsistent.

My friend introduced me to this lovely sushi place and I love going no matter time of day or week! The service is impeccable, the staff are on top of your needs. The rolls are reasonably priced and the quality is top notch. I have not expanded past the jin, gangnam, and rainbow roll but those three rolls are delicious! Even from my first time I felt treated like a friend and more than just a customer. Now when I go its all smiles and hellos. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great place for Happy hour drinks and dinner. Food is priced nicely which is very good and fresh! Vast menu with lots to choose from. Service was great, sit at the sushi bar and have a conversation while they make your sushi!

Living in Newbury Park I was desperately trying to find a sushi place that had a decent sashimi combo and landed here. The first thing we were impressed about was the use of REAL crab, not imitation krab which made us forget the sashimi ideal and we went for the riceless rolls. Every bite was heaven! The orders came out quickly, everything we ordered was great! This will be a regular stop for us for sure, can’t wait to try many things we didn’t order yet!

I honestly have no idea how this place has such a high rating. I ordered several sushi rolls from every category and went with a another friend. We only liked one out of the seven Rolls we had bought and it cost us over $130 for rolls we didn’t even enjoy. The service was extremely slow we had to flag down our waitress several times to take our order complete our order they didn’t even give us a pen or a pencil to mark down our Sushi order. Overall I could say I am never coming back here again

It’s really great. Every time I go there I always feel welcomed. I tend to eat right there at the sushi preparing bar area. The sushi chefs are really friendly and the staff is also friendly. The prices are actually really reasonable except sushi in general will be expensive but if you’re looking for a bargain, this is the best place and the quality is awesome. I would go here again, because it’s close to where I am and the neighborhood is friendly and there’s also a lot of businesses nearby so if I was going for lunch, I can do a little shopping and then head over there for a bite to eat and then proceed on my day. Also a great restaurant to take a date at. It’s friendly and has that home neighborhood Pub kind of feel to it.
